Punishment in the smother box

Kira has caught this loser's face completely inside the smotherbox and orders him to lick her heels clean. Too bad for him, that she isn't happy with his skills.. She starts to punish him by taking over control with the help of some breathing reduction. Thereby she keeps his mouth and nose shut with her hands, until it gets more and more impossible for him to breathe. This kind of punishment seems to be just fair!
