Lady Luciana - Oxygen treatment for the shoeshine slave

The slave has gone back to his task and is put under pressure by Lady Luciana. She now prevents him from breathing by pressing her hands over his mouth and nose. She does this to increase his speed and put further pressure on the slave. No matter what happens to him now, he has to continue cleaning Lady Luciana's shoes, quickly and thoroughl, no matter how hard it is. Lady Luciana finally allows him to breathe, but the air he gets consists of the stink of her nylon feet smelling of foot sweat...
